ORDER & RETURNS FAQ

Of Course! You can print out your completed “Checkout” page and fax To: 1-510-324-5300. A valid credit card number is required for faxed orders.

Mail orders to: Clearpool Supplies, 1817 Addison Way, Hayward, California - 94544. Please either include a check for payment or a valid credit card number and your signature.

If you are not already receiving email specials from Clearpool Supplies, Sign Up Now! You will receive special discounts and offers exclusively for our internet customers.

Please write any special requests or questions you have regarding your order in the “Customer Comments” field of the checkout page. All comments are manually reviewed prior to placing your order, and a representative can contact you to answer your questions.

SHIPPING FAQS

Yes. When checking out you may specify another address to ship your products too.

Sales Tax is only applicable for orders shipped to California.

Orders are processed the same day they are received. If you have received an Order Confirmation from us, then your order has been processed. In-Stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 3pm PST are shipped the same day the order is processed. Please allow 2 additional days for delivery when placing an order on a holiday.

If you need to make a change on an order you have placed, it is best to call us as soon as possible at 1-510-324-2905. Have your Order Number available for the operator. We will make every effort to change your order as requested, but it is possible that your order may have already shipped and further action may be required to correct it.

Standard Ground Shipping can take 5 – 7 business days. No matter what, we'll email you shipping and tracking information after you place your order. If you need your product faster, expedited shipping is usually available. Just give us a call at 1-510-324-2905.

We currently don’t ship international. Please email us at info@clearpoolsupplies.com. If you have any questions.

We ship products from our warehouses on Monday - Friday normally. Our warehouse will not ship on any day recognized by FedEx as a holiday
